SRX23110505: Iso-seq data for siamang from lymphoblast cell lines
1 PACBIO_SMRT (Sequel II) run: 600,718 spots, 1.5G bases, 686.8Mb downloads

Design: RNA was extracted from cultured siamang lymphoblast Jambi and processed following manufacturer's instruction.
Submitted by: University of Washington
Study: Long- and short-read RNA sequencing for ape genome annotation
show Abstracthide Abstract
Long-read (PacBio Iso-Seq) and short-read (Illumina-based RNA-seq) RNA sequencing were performed for the purpose of genome annotation. The target genomes are cell lines sequenced for telomere-to-telomere genome references: bonobo (Pan paniscus), chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes), gorilla (Gorilla gorilla), Sumatran orangutan (Pongo abelii), Bornean orangutan (Pongo pygmaeus), siamang (Symphalangus syndactylus), and hoolock (Hoolock leuconedys).
Sample: Symphalangus syndactylus (Jambi) Cell Line
